The cup is arriving at Triumph Brewery in New Hope, PA and not the kind you fill up with beer!
We’re excited to announce that the official Stanley Cup will be on full display right here in the Delaware River Towns.
If you’re a hockey fan, you know just how many superstars have held (and smooched) this prized sports trophy. This is your chance to join them! Bummer it doesn’t belong to the Flyers, but hey, the future is bright with Carter Hart.
On August 8th, former Philadelphia Flyer and current St Louis Blues coach Craig Berube will be leading the parade with one of the most famous sports prizes. Starting on South Main St, the procession begins around 10:45 A.M. and ends up at Triumph Brewery & Co. after a brief 15-minute tour. After 11:00 A.M., Triumph invites the crowd to pour up that midday brew and get the cameras snapping! Everyone can take their own shots, but there will also be a professional photographer on the scene. For a $10 donation, get a physical copy and a digital version of you looking like a true champion!
Bring home some sports memories of your own!
Throughout the night, a silent auction will be taking place with all proceeds benefitting Couture For A Cure – an organization dedicated to raising awareness & fighting breast cancer. To keep with the theme, the different items up for auction are all Stanley Cup memorabilia. It’s a miracle (or whiskey) on ice!
Are you more focused on seeing the Stanley Cup than anything? We don’t blame you, be aware it will only be on display until 2:00 P.M. After that, the cup will be heading back on the road! Don’t miss your opportunity to take a pic with one of the most legendary sports trophies around! And while you’re at it, grab a Bengal Gold IPA from the bar. Raise a toast to the champions!
