The annual French holiday honoring the turning point in the French Revolution called Bastille Day may not be one you’ve been counting down to. To be fair, unless you’re from Frenchtown, New Jersey, you probably have no idea what I’m talking about. My friends, it’s time to get in tune! Frenchtown Bastille Day 2019 on July 13th in Frenchtown is going to be awesome, or should I say impressionnant! …yes, I used google translate.
How do we celebrate?
Instead of giving you a long unnecessary history about what Bastille Day is, let’s highlight some of the fun. Break out the accordions! Frenchtown, NJ will be jamming out to live music roaming the streets along with plenty of art and merch vendors to choose from. Hmm, how do you top off a Bastille Day celebration? With a mime, obviously! Invisible boxes will be on full-display in Frenchtown all day long.
