Gathering plants from the wild provides many benefits. It connects us to the natural world and the changing of the seasons, and connects us to our ancestral heritage. It is empowering, plus it also helps ensure that our medicines are fresh, sustainable and high quality. In addition, wildcrafting can be eco-friendly and cost effective.
