Black Tusk was born from sweat. There was blood, and maybe a few tears, too, but more than anything, it was sweat that marked the earliest years of Savannah, Georgia’s Black Tusk. Formed in 2005 by three lifelong friends—bassist Jonathan Athon, guitarist Andrew Fidler, and drummer James May—the band welded together what they called “swamp metal.”

Silent Auction 2019 – The American Legion

We hope you will join us for our yearly Silent Auction event! The Auction will be held at the Frenchtown American Legion and we will start the evening off at 6:30 p.m. There will be multiple items to bid on along with a raffle and a few door prizes. We will also have some yummy food and live music to accompany us throughout the evening.
The Silent Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds go to help our teachers enhance their curriculum as well as to after-school enrichment activities for our students.
Traversing the 10 Crucial Days Bus Tour – Washington Crossing Historic Park
11/17 9 am – 5 pm
Spend a day retracing the December 25 crossing of the Delaware and the American and British military engagements at Trenton, Princeton and areas in between.
On the Traversing the Ten Crucial Days bus tour, historical interpreters will recount the remarkable story of the ten days that breathed crucial new life into the American Revolution.
