Kevin’s training techniques
focus on balancing what he calls the 4 Pillars of Health – Diet, Exercise, Sleep, and Stress Management – in order to help people reach their lifelong goals and regain their health.
What’s on the agenda?
– 15 minutes of corrective exercises and stretches for pain issues
– 1-hour workout (including warmup and cooldown)
– 15 minute Q&A on holistic lifestyle topics and best practices with Kevin and Soulberry Market owner, Ameer
