Unionville Vineyards and A Toute Heure are presenting a spectacular wine dinner, showcasing the winery’s best wines alongside the cuisine of 2017 “Rising Star Chef” winner AJ Capella. Both Capella and winemaker Conor Quilty will be present to discuss the foods, wines, and pairings throughout the night. The dinner is limited to 36 guests. It is a part of the Garden State Winegrowers Association’s NJ Wines Culinary Series, with support from the NJ Division of Travel & Tourism. $120 per person.
