Unionville Vineyards is celebrating 25 years of New Jersey fine wines with a special edition series of farm-to-table style dinners hosted on the winery property. Think of it as a “community table dinner.” An intimate experience highlighting a hand-picked group of top chefs and restaurants from New Jersey, with each chef creating a unique, multi-course family-style dinner, using locally grown ingredients paired with exceptional Unionville Wines.
The wine reception will begin at 6:45 with the chef introducing their first course and menu, followed by the wine pairings introduced by the makers.

Alejandro de Casneve
Chef Alejandro attended William Paterson University, and the culinary school at MCCC. After working in several positions in North Jersey and NYC, he returned to his hometown of Lawrenceville, NJ. He was formally the Executive Chef at Big Fish Restaurant in Princeton, NJ prior to joining the JM Group in 2015. An avid hiker, he worked as the sous chef at Witherspoon Grill for several years, and recently became their Executive Chef.
