Unionville Vineyards is celebrating 25 years of New Jersey fine wines with a special edition series of farm-to-table style dinners hosted on the winery property. Think of it as a “community table dinner.” An intimate experience highlighting a hand-picked group of top chefs and restaurants from New Jersey, with each chef creating a unique, multi-course family-style dinner, using locally grown ingredients paired with exceptional Unionville Wines.
The wine reception will begin at 6:45 with the chef introducing their first course and menu, followed by the wine pairings introduced by the makers.

Matt’s Red Rooster Grill is a contemporary American BYOB restaurant in Flemington, NJ and recently selected by Open Table as a “Best Overall” top ten restaurant, ranking it with New York’s most notable eateries. Chef and owner, McPherson has stayed true to his local New Jersey roots integrating the freshest locally grown and harvested ingredients into his unique Flemington restaurant dishes.
Raised in Hunterdon County, Matt McPherson attended the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in restaurant management. After having worked for several years in restaurants including the famed Sea Grill in Rockefeller Center, the Relais Chateaux resort, Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys, and the Mii Amo Spa at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona Arizona, Matt then came home to Flemington and opened the well-known local gem Matt’s Red Rooster Grill.
