Triumph Farm Dinner No. 1

Our friends from The Farm Cooking School and Roots to River Farm have worked with our chefs to develop two different five-course dinners themed around preservation techniques using crops from the 2018 Fall Harvest. This gathering celebrates the release of Farm Beer No. 1, harvest-inspired cocktails, local agriculture and the community fostered and enriched when we come together to share our passion, stories, ideas and values.

The Farm Cooking School is a space where cooks of all levels come together to experience the relationship between farmer & chef, while feasting and learning cooking techniques as a community. The School is located in the heart of the Delaware River Valley and is home to Roots to River organic farm and the Barn at Gravity Hill.

Roots to River Farm is an organic vegetable farm specializing in heirloom varieties and year-round production for their C.S.A. program, farmer’s markets and restaurants. The Farm’s main fields are located on sixty acres in Solebury Township and provide The Farm Cooking School with fresh produce, flowers, and herbs
