The Big O returns to the portfolio this weekend! This Cabernet Franc-dominated Bordeaux blend is the perfect red wine for Fall, and just 70 cases are available. Tastings are available by appointment by calling 908-788-0400 ex. 2, and the picnic grounds are open all day without reservations. Tables are first come, first served. On Saturday, Ms. Fu bring you her version of American BBQ favorites with an Asian twist using her sinful, wonderful, healthy, sensible approach to food. On Sunday, the Oink & Moo food truck will be serving up delicious house smoked meats in their signature artisanal sauces.
