We are coming together again at Body Language in Peddler’s Village for an immersive sound bath. We will be discussing sacred self-care and modern practices to honor your needs. We will have a beautiful presentation on self-care, followed by a meditation with singing bowls. No experience necessary! All you have to do is show up for yourself. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and anything else you may need to feel comfortable.
Body Language is located right next to Giggleberry Fair in Peddler’s Village. It is easiest to put Giggleberry Fair as the destination in your GPS!
