Scarecrow-Making Workshops

Our annual scarecrow-making workshop on the Street Road Green has been a family favorite for years! This year, each family will have a designated circle to build a scarecrow safely. Construct a life-size scarecrow to take home. You will be provided with step-by-step instructions, plenty of straw, and a pre-made kit containing clothing, and decorations. Reserve your space today: workshops fill up quickly!

Workshop Fee: $35 (+ tax)
The fee includes a designated circle, and a kit to build one scarecrow. Maximum 6 people per circle.

Walk-ins
Online reservations will be shut down at 4:00 PM the day before a workshop. Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the workshop if there is enough space to safely accommodate your group.

Age Restriction
All ages welcome. Children ages 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased for the Scarecrow workshop at Peddler’s Village are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your reserved date, please call 215-794-4051 at least 3 days prior to your reserved date to reschedule your reservation to a time slot. Peddler’s Village reserves the right to cancel three (3) days prior to the Scarecrow workshop due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be given the option to reschedule to a later show date or be refunded the ticket cost in full.

Workshop time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot start time. Check-in is at the red barn field.

Safety
The safety of guests and employees is of paramount concern. Peddler’s Village will adhere to all state and local safety requirements, including:

• asking guests and employees who feel ill to refrain from coming to Peddler’s Village
• limiting attendance to 6 people per circle
• encouraging at least six feet of space between areas occupied by separate parties
• ensuring scarecrow staff remain at least six feet away from any guests while helping with constructing their life-size scarecrow
• The safety of guests and employees is of paramount concern. Peddler’s Village will adhere to all state and local safety requirements.
