The Milford Borough Historical Society is hosting a bus tour, “The History of the US Military Academy at West Point” on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

The tour will depart from Milford, New Jersey and transport you via luxury motor coach to the West Point Military Academy where we will enjoy a full dress-parade, a guided tour of the grounds and time allotted for the museum and gift shop.

This tour includes a tour of the West Point Cemetery and Old Cadet Chapel built in 1837. You will learn about the strategic location that West Point held during the American Revolution and the numerous, notable people who have graduated from and are buried at West Point. The majority of this tour is walking.

The cost of the trip is $115 per person which includes transportation, lunch, tour and dinner at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain.
