Industry Event: Wine Tasting With Nektar Wine Bar and The Clinton House

Join the staff and management of Nektar Wine Bar and The Clinton House for our wine tasting and education meeting.

Gail Nyvelt from the Wine Merchant and James Hutton from Vias Import Limited. will be leading the tasting.

Gail has been a part of the Wine Industry for 15 years. She has earned Certified Specialist of Wine credentials from the Society of Wine Educators. Gail has traveled to many of the most important vineyards around the world. She has worked for The Wine Merchant Ltd. as Account Manager in Buck County Pa. for the past 10 years. Gail has become a strategic partner with Nektar Wine Bar to create their dynamic, award-winning wine program.

Jim Hutton specializes in the authentic regional wines of Italy, produced by smaller, quality-minded estates. As the Food and Beverage Director of the historic Willard Hotel and while a general manager of a number of finer restaurants in Washington DC, he established a reputation for excellent wine programs, winning several Wine Spectator Awards.
