Join Certified Forest Therapist, Sharon Lohse, to experience a forest therapy walk designed to increase sensory awareness in nature, increase health by decreasing stress and anxiety by wandering slowly through the forests. Learners will learn what a “sit spot ” is, experience a number of invitations creativity exploring nature, and end each class with a tea ceremony.
