Formed in 2010, the Eastern Hellbenders are a group of seasoned musicians who came together due to their mutual love of alternative and rock music. They play regularly in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar/restaurant/festival scene. Influenced by the current popularity of bands that are dominating the radio today such as The Lumineers, Florence + The Machine, and Vance Joy, as well as classic rock hits by bands like Led Zeppelin, U2, Neil Young, and Jefferson Airplane, Eastern Hellbenders strive to play music in its purest, acoustic form.
