Chardonnay Release Weekend

Visit Unionville for the release of the single-vineyard Chardonnays from the fantastic 2019 vintage. These bottlings from Home Vineyard and the Pheasant Hill Vineyard showcase some of the ripest, fruitiest, and exotic Chardonnay ever made at Unionville, framed within the classic structure that you’ve come to love. Enjoy delicious bites from the Blawenburg Bistro and live music by Dean Grogg. Tastings are by appointment at noon, 2 PM, or 4 PM, $16 per person. Seating inside the winery will be available and the picnic grounds are open as well. Reservations are not required to visit the winery, the picnic grounds, or to purchase lunch. Only tastings require reservations which can be made by calling 908-788-0400 ex. 2.

The Blawenburg Bistro will sell:
1. Goat cheese tomato tart- with caramelized onion & thyme
2. Gourmet grilled cheese- sourdough, brie & fig jam
3. Salmon sandwich- herb & caper mayo on a brioche
4. Spring pea and fennel soup- herb oil
5. Red wine cherry cheesecake bars- chocolate graham crust
