Our focus will be the liver and gall bladder meridians (or energy channels) sliding up the inner legs into the groin/zig zagging along the outer side bodies down.

Spring is the season of Wood – associated with vision, imagination and dreams. By bringing a new sense self into awareness,one can let go of old habits/ways and what no longer serves us.
An unraveling and Informative workshop the will help to restore the healthy flow of energy through the liver and gall bladder meridians, to support the body’s metabolism and its natural ability to eliminate unwanted toxins and waste products. (Our liver is the main organ for detoxification, while our gallbladder stores bile produced by the liver, aiding the digestive process.) The main job of the liver meridian is to keep the energy in the entire body regulated. The liver has a huge impact on the overall health of your body, but also on the mind and emotional state.

Yin Poses are different than traditional Yoga Poses because as one lets go of muscular effort, it effects the connective tissues in the body. By reaching the connective tissue, the idea is that one is accessing the deeper meridians in the body which follow these tissues.
