At New Moon time, we gather in sacred circles all around our world…
We breathe, move, meditate, visualize, share and create.
We pause and turn inward with like hearted sisters.
We are free of judgment of ourselves and each others.
We listen with love and compassion.
We lift and hold each other up.
We feel safe and free to be our authentic selves.
We feel empowered and important.
We practice deep self-care and self-love.
We keep our eyes toward the greater good.
We share deep love and respect for our natural world and all her creatures.
We know we are never alone.
We laugh and we cry.
And we howl!

We walk out of each New Moon Circle with a powerful intention for our inner and outer lives. Moon by moon, we heal ourselves, each other and our home, Mama Nature!
