TUESDAY NIGHT RUNS – New Hope, PA
12/22: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Well well well, here we are on the other side of a worldwide pandemic – and boy are we happy to get started again! Every Tuesday Night at 7:00 PM we are leaving from the Union Square parking lot in New Hope at Triumph Brewing. Each week is a different route with a different ending location (in town), so stay tuned to the Facebook page for updates! It is super important to note that we want movers of ANY pace to join us. Like to walk? Cool, come on out! Like to skip? Yeah, do that! Scooter, bike, jog, run/walk, prancercise, whatever your preferred movement style we’d love for you to come out with us. And YES we do have movers of ALL paces. And NO ONE gets left behind
We are like the USPS – we are out in any weather… yes ANY weather. It is up to you to decide what you are comfortable with and to make sure you have the right gear. When it starts getting dark we HIGHLY encourage you to “get lit, so you don’t get hit”. That means all the reflective, flashy, glowy things you own! Because say it with me… “the car always wins!” And hey – because like lawsuits and everything… checks with yo doc or a med professional before starting any new exercise routine.
