Serving from 12 – 8 pm on Thursday, November 28th, 2019, Thanksgiving at the Black Bass Hotel has quite the menu lined up. Let’s hope you’re hungry! All six courses are Thanksgiving staples served up with a bit of flair.
The 1st course of signature pate paired with smoke salmon mousse starts things off strong. Followed by a choice of soup or salad, you then transition into some seafood action. Baked lemon sole with rock shrimp and mussels in a fish velouté provide a needed-break before diving back into the heavier meats.
The main course buffet has everything you could want on Thanksgiving day. Fresh roasted turkey, roasted honey glazed ham, cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, & the list goes on!
Finishing off with something sweet, the dessert options range from pumpkin pie cheesecake to caramelized pecan pie.
