Well well well, here we are on the otherside of a world wide pandemic – and boy are we happy to get started again!
Every Tuesday Night at 7:00pm we be leaving from the Union Square parking lot in New Hope at Triumph Brewing.
Each week is a different route with a different ending location (in town), so stay tuned into the Facebook page for updates!
It is super important to note that we want movers of ANY pace to join us. Like to walk? Cool come on out! Like to skip? Yeah do that! Scooter, bike, jog, run/walk, prancercise, whatever your prefered movement style we’d love for you to come out with us. And YES we do have movers of ALL paces. And NO ONE gets left behind 
We are like the USPS – we are out in any weather… yes ANY weather. It is up to you to decide what you are comfortable with and to make sure you have the right gear.
When it starts getting dark we HIGHLY encourage you to “get lit, so you don’t get hit”. That means all the relective, flashy, glowy things you own! Because say it with me… “the car always wins!”
And hey – because like lawsuits and everything… check with yo doc or a med professional before starting any new exercise routine.
