Triumph Open Stage welcomes Doylestown’s Sugar Cicadas as Featured Artist for Sunday, November 24th!
Sugar Cicadas is a Bucks County-based duo that combines the talents of singer/songwriter Krista K (Kitty City) and guitarist Brian Green (The Swiss Guard) for a sound that lives somewhere across town from the retro-inspired psych-rock and charging indie rock of their other projects.
Over Krista’s rich alto and minor-key strums, Brian punctuates Sugar Cicadas’ songs with his trademark reverb-soaked lead guitar lines, for a sepia-toned vibe that’s perfect for the chill of autumn.
