Event Details
Lambertville Goes Wild is sponsoring a native plant sale on Saturday, June 8, from 10 am to 2 pm at Cavallo Park at 2 Mt. Hope Street. Wild Ridge Plants and Toadshade Wildflower Farm will be offering plants for sale, and Lambertville Goes Wild, Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve and the New Jersey Native Plant Society will have information tables. Experts will be available to identify your unknown plants if you bring a photo or part of the plant (leaves, flowers, buds). Lambertville Goes Wild is promoting wider use of native plants in order to support local wildlife and to certify Lambertville as a Community Wildlife Habitat. For more information, check our website LambertvilleGoesWild.weebly.com, or our Facebook page.
Lambertville Goes Wild is partnering with the Kalmia Club, who is holding their garden tour on the same day! Some of the gardens on the tour will be certified wildlife habitats. The garden tour starts at the Kalmia Club headquarters at 39 York Street, Lambertville.
