Indulge in a special treat with your special someone (or heck just bring your friends) over Valentines Day Weekend, as we augment our usual wine tasting with pairings of three chocolate truffles from the Blawenburg Bistro! All tastings from February 11th through the 14th will include a guided flight of 7 wines, including:
The Big O paired with 70% cocao dark chocolate truffle
Cool Foxy Lady paired with white chocolate truffle
Vat 27 Port with milk chocolate truffle
Guests will choose the other 4 wines from our current tasting list.

Tastings are available at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM and require reservation. Please call 908-788-0400 ex2 to book your appointment. Tastings are $25 per person ($10 for STAMPED and Fine Vine Club members) for wine, truffles, and a crystal large bowl wine glass to keep. The visit is a 90 minute experience. We will have sandwiches, cheese boards, spreads and snacks for sale in the tasting room, and seating available on the winery floor and Cave Room downstairs.
